Princeton10 made a monumental investment in its staff over the past year. To try to keep pace with the growth of the agency, which jumped from $7.5 million in revenue to over $10 million in 2024, Princeton10 more than tripled its head count from 11 full-time employees to 36 staffers in 2024. The agency added two managing partners — James Tomasino and David Brous — to help manage the growth.
Among its key pieces of work was an educational campaign to teach dermatologists about chronic hand eczema (CHE) to help patients who are often incorrectly lumped in with atopic dermatitis.
