Michael DiSalvo’s career at Ogilvy began in 2009 as an intern before he quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest EVP at Ogilvy Health. Key to his success has been a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, which he uses to lead teams in developing impactful campaigns.

Among DiSalvo’s notable accomplishments was the recent evolution of Ogilvy Health’s social and influence business. Under his leadership, it was restructured to offer the healthcare industry a rare expertise in both regulatory compliance and social excellence. The reimagined experience has added $7 million of organic revenue, and by introducing more expert resources that cut across verticals, it has improved staff efficiency on select accounts by 50%.

Outside of Ogilvy, DiSalvo has served as chairman of the board of directors of the Leonard R. Finazzo Cancer Foundation and as a PR director for the Knights of Columbus.
