Joey Cohen secured his place on this year’s list with a unique combination of strategic thinking, expertise in technology and strong industry relationships. Those strengths are combined with consistent out-of-the-box thinking and leadership in the areas of EHR and point of care.

Cohen joined Flora Management in 2024 and single-handedly created a service that opened up new opportunities for clients to provide information to HCPs within EHR systems during the delivery of care. This accomplishment is the result of more than 10 years studying the EHR/EMR area, and he is now leading a team that helps some 32 brands engage with HCPs on the platform. “Joey is awesome,” says Karin Ferraro-Laughlin, senior brand director — oncology, Novartis. “He is a true partner and extension of my team.”

Cohen is an active member of the Nutley chapter of UNICO, an Italian American organization that promotes and preserves Italian heritage.
