Over the course of a decade in advertising, Issy Cohen has built a reputation for being a standout leader with a high business and emotional IQ. Prior to her current role as a solutions engineer for the advertising vertical at PurpleLab, Cohen was instrumental in leading and expanding the paid social advertising business at Lasso, growing it by 286% year over year. Her leadership was also pivotal in the company’s acquisition by IQVIA in 2022.

At PurpleLab, Cohen has successfully implemented operational processes

and provided strategic guidance to the sales, customer success and leadership teams, helping drive the company’s growth in a highly competitive market. In every role she has held, Cohen has demonstrated a deep commitment to empowering women in the

industry, particularly through her work with the Council Angels.

Cohen is also an avid athlete, participating in a local adult co-ed softball team and playing pickleball almost every day.
